Online government services, at home
We go through your online paperwork with you, at home
The SAAQ site sends you to an account you don’t have, the identity check rejects your number, or the session closed halfway through the form. We come to your home, anywhere in Montreal, and go through it together, on your device and in your name. You stay in control: we show you where to click, and you keep the steps written on a sheet.
What we do with you
- Create your account with the Service d’authentification gouvernementale, which replaced clicSÉQUR, and pass the identity check
- SAAQclic: pay your licence renewal, replace a licence, pay your registration
- Carnet santé Québec: open your account, see your test results and appointments
- RAMQ: replace a lost or stolen health insurance card
- CRA My Account and Revenu Québec’s My Account for individuals: find a notice of assessment
- Renew your Canadian passport online, when you are eligible
- Moving: give your new address once on adresse.gouv.qc.ca, then to Hydro-Québec in your Customer Space
- Book an appointment on Clic Santé, or register with the Guichet d’accès à un médecin de famille
Something else waiting for you? Tell us which one when you book: we check the official page before we come.
Before the visit: what to have within reach
Most blocks come from a missing document at the wrong moment. Depending on the process, you will mostly be asked for:
- Your health insurance card: the number on the front, and the reference number printed on the back
- Your nine-digit social insurance number
- A recent Revenu Québec notice of assessment: the “Numéro de l’avis” has 11 characters and starts with Q or M
- Your driver’s licence, if you have one: its reference number can stand in for the health card’s
- An email address of your own that you know how to open: a six-digit code arrives there at every login
- For the CRA or Revenu Québec through your bank: the sign-in details you already use for online banking
- For a payment: a credit card (RAMQ, passport) or your bank account details (SAAQclic does not take credit cards)
When you book, we tell you which ones to take out for your process. It helps to lay them all beside the keyboard before starting.
When the identity check gets stuck
This is where things jam most often. Usually it is a number copied wrong: the notice’s “Numéro d’identification” instead of the “Numéro de l’avis”, or an expired health card. We go back over each box with you, calmly.
If nothing works online, we don’t force it. We show you the other doors: Services Québec at 1-877-644-4545, or an in-person check at a SAAQ service centre (in Montreal: Dorval, Henri-Bourassa, Langelier and Place Versailles), with an appointment booked online beforehand.
What we do, and what we don’t
- You type your own passwords and codes. We look at the screen with you, not at your password notebook.
- We fill in nothing without you, and we keep no codes, no photos of your documents, no copies.
- We are neither accountants nor civil servants: we help you use the site, we give no tax or legal advice.
- Agency fees (passport, health card, licence) are paid to them, online, just as if you were alone at the screen.
How much does it cost?
Same price as a lesson, with no tax or subscription, paid at the end of the visit. A simple process often fits in an hour; creating the government account and then doing a process takes closer to an hour and a half. Travel is included, anywhere in Montreal.

Frequently asked questions
Do you see my passwords?
No. You type them, and we look away from the keyboard while you do. We write nothing down, take no photos of your documents, and keep no codes after the visit.
What if the identity check fails?
We reread every number with you, because that is the most common cause. If the site still refuses, we show you how to go through Services Québec by phone or a SAAQ service centre, and we book that appointment online together.
Can you do it for my father or mother?
We can do it with them, at their home, but not in their place: these accounts are personal and are created in their own name. You can book for them and be there during the visit if they wish.
How long should we plan for?
An hour is often enough for one process when the account already exists. If the government authentication account has to be created first, plan an hour and a half: the identity check asks for several numbers, and we take the time to write everything down.
A form that has been waiting for weeks?
Book a visit: we come to your home and do it together.
